At Pencils, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your writing experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our stationery products. If your items are unused and in their original packaging, we will gladly process a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused pencils and stationery in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
